Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original boxes, ensuring all tags are attached and protective equipment remains in its original condition.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse inspects the returned equipment, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
